Workshop Format

The workshop will include a set of invited talks, invited papers and presentations of accepted papers. The invited and accepted papers will be published in a book by Springer Verlag soon after the workshop. The workshop will include invited and contributed talks. Invited talks will be 40 minutes, the time for contributed talks will be 20 minutes. We will give possibilities for software demonstrations in the early morning, afternoons or early evenings. Extended abstracts in electronic form will be available in advance and workshop participants will receive an abstract volume. Interested speakers are asked to send a full paper by May 30, 1997 via ftp (see paper submission). Details as well as a LaTeX-template are available at the Vismath WWW Server. The number of talks is restricted by time limitation. Authors will be notified of acceptance by July 15, 1997. Submissions of full papers are due to August 15, 1997.
